The Doctor is in...

Question # 1: I have both Fitzgerald and Bolden – they can’t both catch the same pass. Did I dig a hole for myself? – Luke, Eugene, OR

Luke: Kurt Warner is going to throw for about 4000 yards and 30 TD. Give Fitzgerald 1200 and 10TD, give Boldin 1100 and 8TD, Split the rest amongst Breaston, Wells, Hightower, Urban, etc. You can stay out of the hole, Luke...you are the proud owner of 2 of the top 10 WR in the game!

Question #2: With Troy Polamalu out, should I jettison my Steelers defense and try to pick up someone else? - Ken, Detroit, MI

Ken: Where's the faith in the Super Bowl champs? Dick Lebeau is a top Defensive coordinator and the Steelers play an aggressive scheme. Did you forget Harrison, Farrior, and Woodley? The loss of Polamalu hurts, but hold onto the Steelers. They should get sacks in bunches and their new kick returner (Logan) is a burner.

Question #3: If there is one 2nd string QB that you could see getting quality time and making a difference who would it be? – Bert, Berkley, CA

Bert: Dr. Roto will give you two names now to watch for. First is Matt Leinhart. Dr. Roto likes Kurt Warner, but he isn't getting younger and he hasn't always stayed injury-free. If Leinhart plays, he could regain the form that he had when he was a USC Trojan. Secondly, Dr. Roto likes Josh Freeman. Yes, I know that Leftwich is the starter in TB, but trust me when I tell you that Freeman can play (think young Dante Culpepper). He will be a bit rough at first, but he has the arm and the legs to be a fantasy surprise towards the end of the season.

Question #4: Will the Eagles still have a pressure / turnover defense without Jim Johnson? - Matt, Austin, TX

Matt: The only way to have a pressure defense work is to have good corners who can play man to man defense. Asante Samuel is one of the top corners in the game...he has a nose for the ball. This should allow the Eagles to maintian their pressure defense. Could you imagine the Philadelphia crowd if the Eagles didn't play an aggressive style...it could get ugly!

Question #5: I didn’t think Kenny Britt would get so much meaningful action this early in the season, he’s undrafted, should I pick him up? – Nari, Elizabeth, NJ

Nari: With Nate Washington injured, this is Britt's chance to show that he can be on the field as a rookie. Dr. Roto is a Kenny Britt fan. If Britt plays, he could put up a 50 catch 700 yd, type of season...
